At the moment, we are looking for a Senior Recruiter / Executive Search Specialist to join our client, a performance-driven digital marketing company focused on user acquisition and traffic operations within the iGaming sector.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in recruitment, with a strong focus on iGaming/Gambling (mandatory)
Proven track record of successfully hiring professionals in:
SEO
Media buying
Traffic Arbitrage / Affiliate Marketing
Advanced sourcing expertise (LinkedIn, Boolean search, Claude, Chat GPT, etc)
Strong network within SEO, affiliate or media buying domains
Experience conducting executive and niche searches for hard-to-fill positions
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proactive approach combined with strong analytical thinking
English - at least intermediate level
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for positions across iGaming, affiliate marketing, media buying, operations, analytics, and support functions.
Partner closely with hiring managers and leadership teams to understand business goals, hiring priorities, and market requirements.
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talents
Conduct proactive headhunting through LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, industry communities, and alternative sourcing channels.
Evaluate candidates through structured interviews, competency-based assessments, and market benchmarking.
Provide market insights, talent intelligence, compensation benchmarks, and competitor research to support hiring decisions.
Continuously improve recruitment processes, sourcing methodologies, and employer positioning within the industry.
