We founded Traba in 2021 as an industrial staffing platform.

We connect industrial businesses—like warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing, and logistics companies—with workers for open shifts. Our services cover long-term, permanent, and seasonal placements.

Our platform includes a business interface and a worker app. We conduct background checks, provide health and safety training, and offer ²⁴⁄₇ operational support. We assess workers using over 150 skill attributes and handle no-show situations.

For businesses, we typically fill roles within 1-2 days. For workers, we offer rewards for on-time arrival and consistent performance, with instant payment options available to highly-rated individuals.

We also provide workers with benefits, including health, dental, vision, and hearing insurance; financial, legal, tax, and accounting assistance; and various discounts.

Backed by Founders Fund, Khosla Ventures, and General Catalyst, we’ve grown our revenue fivefold.
