We’re looking for talented and experienced AI Agentic Software Engineers to join our team in Greece. You will be instrumental in designing, coding, and deploying autonomous AI agents that enhance our translation quality, speed, and cultural relevance.

This is a dynamic role for engineers who can deliver rapid results. You’ll be crucial in creating systems where specialised AI agents work together to tackle complex translation and cultural adaptation challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Develop AI Agents: Design, code, and deploy intelligent, autonomous AI agents for our translation platform, ensuring they can observe, reason, and act effectively.

  • Agent Collaboration: Build and maintain the inter-agent communication protocols that allow different specialised agents (e.g., one for terminology, one for tone) to work together seamlessly.

  • Fast Product Delivery & Collaboration: Work very closely with the Product team to iterate quickly on design and implementation. Lead fast prototyping efforts and manage the release of new features through frequent MVP (Minimum Viable Product) releases.

  • Testing & Quality: Define and execute AI-driven test cases to ensure the agents are performing as intended. Write and maintain high-quality unit and integration tests.

  • DevOps & Deployment: Be actively involved in DevOps activities (including CI/CD pipelines and containerisation) to ensure the smooth, scalable, and reliable deployment of agentic services in production.

  • Monitoring and Observability: Implement comprehensive monitoring and logging systems to track agent behaviour, performance, and decision-making in real-time.

  • Ethics and Guardrails: Design and implement safety protocols and guardrails to prevent unintended actions and ensure all autonomous decisions are transparent, ethical, and compliant with our standards.

  • Human-in-the-Loop Design: Architect workflows that incorporate necessary human oversight and feedback loops, allowing human experts (like linguists) to train, supervise, and correct agentic output.

  • Context Management: Implement systems for AI agents to intelligently use existing translation assets, such as Translation Memory and Glossaries, to ensure high consistency and quality.

  • t least 2 years of hands-on experience specifically creating and deploying agentic AI systems.

  • Expert proficiency in Python and other similar programming languages used for AI/ML development.

  • Proven experience with iterative product design and rapid, frequent software releases.

  • Working knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment.

  • Solid experience with writing unit and integration tests and defining AI-driven test cases for complex model outputs.

  • Practical, deep experience with designing and implementing inter-agent communication and negotiation protocols.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) fine-tuning or prompt engineering for specific domains.
  • Familiarity with localisation or translation industry tools and workflows (e.g., CAT tools).
  • Understanding of data privacy and security requirements related to handling multilingual text data.
