About the role
We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of our flagship products. This role goes beyond execution, we are looking for a creative and innovative product leader who can shape product vision, challenge existing approaches, and act as a strong connector between stakeholders across the business.
You will bridge customer needs with technological solutions, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of innovation in fraud detection and intelligence solutions, while navigating complex stakeholder landscapes across engineering, sales, customers, and leadership.
What you’ll do
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap, balancing long-term vision with short-term delivery priorities
- Proactively identify opportunities for innovation, new use cases, and product differentiation based on customer insight, market trends, and emerging technologies
- Conduct competitive analysis and evaluate external products, APIs, or integrations to enhance product capabilities
- Act as a key stakeholder manager, working closely with internal teams, and leadership to align expectations, manage trade-offs, and drive decision-making
- Translate complex customer and operational needs into clear product requirements and priorities
- Partner closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to deliver impactful product features and ensure adoption across different markets
- Use user behavior analysis, feedback, and data to continuously improve product usability, value, and customer satisfaction
What skills and experience you’ll bring
- 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in complex or B2B technology environments
- Demonstrated ability to drive innovation and product vision on a strategic level
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience aligning diverse teams and senior stakeholders around a shared product direction
- Proven experience with competitive analysis, user behavior analysis, and turning insights into product decisions
- Solid understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, and data-driven products
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product decisions, trade-offs, and vision
- Experience working in a matrix, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities
- Agile mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Startup or scale-up experience is a strong advantage
Nice to have
- Experience with user behavior analysis tools (e.g. LogRocket or similar)
- Familiarity with graph analysis, data visualization on charts and map, or big data platforms
