We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to support and enhance Salesforce environment. This role involves managing system configuration, ensuring smooth platform operations, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver effective, scalable solutions.
Requirements
5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Strong proficiency with Flows, Process Builder, and Approval Processes
Proven ability to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions
Solid understanding of Salesforce security model (Profiles, Role Hierarchy, Permission Sets)
Experience creating complex reports and dashboards
At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English
Nice-to-Haves
Salesforce Administrator Certification (Admin / Advanced Admin)
Experience with additional Salesforce products or integrations
Familiarity with DevOps or release management tools (Gearset, Copado)
Understanding of Apex or LWC for basic troubleshooting
Core Responsibilities
Manage user access, roles, profiles, and permission sets to ensure proper governance, data security, and compliance
Configure and maintain Salesforce automation tools, including Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, and Approval Processes
Perform data management tasks such as data imports, deduplication, data quality checks, and building advanced reports & dashboards for business insights
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot platform issues, and ensure stable and efficient Salesforce operations
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
Support ongoing enhancements and participate in monthly release cycles, including testing, deployment, and documentation
