Position Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis & Modeling: Clean, manipulate, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
  • Visualization & Reporting: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Databricks.
  • Strategic Advisory: Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Leadership: Develop, test, and maintain data models, queries, and automated workflows.
  • Mentorship & Collaboration: Guide junior analysts, define KPIs, and work with IT to deploy technical solutions.
  • Data Governance: Ensure data quality, security, and adherence to documentation best practices

Position Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiencies: Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
  • Visualization Tools: Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools.
  • Experience: Proven experience in data analytics, with exposure to predictive analytics or machine learning.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skill
  • Requires 5+ years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture roles.
  • US citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance may be required

We are looking for a seasoned professional who analyzes complex data to provide actionable insights, develops advanced visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Databricks), and builds predictive models to drive strategic business decisions for our team.
