Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the team in a hybrid on-site and field-based and traveling capacity. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving project success, mentoring Project Managers, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance across multiple projects.
What You’ll Do as the Senior Project Manager:
- Lead multiple construction projects from award through completion
- Oversee schedules, budgets, and execution to ensure alignment with scope and timelines
- Monitor job costing and profitability, driving strong financial outcomes
- Guide and develop Project Managers through mentorship and structured oversight
- Run regular project review meetings and enforce accountability across teams
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Resolve escalated project issues related to quality, schedule, or scope
- Oversee billing, change orders, and project closeout processes
- Ensure adherence to company standards, documentation, and quality expectations
- Contribute to business growth through client engagement and project performance
Must-Haves as the Senior Project Manager:
- Senior-level experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven ability to oversee multiple projects and teams simultaneously
- Strong understanding of construction documents and drawings
- Demonstrated financial acumen including budgeting and job costing
- Experience using construction or project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset
Nice-to-Haves as the Senior Project Manager:
- Experience mentoring or managing Project Managers
- Background in process improvement or operational scaling
- Exposure to business development or client relationship growth
