Trust & Will

We founded Trust & Will in 2017 to provide a digital estate planning platform in the U.S. We offer attorney-approved, state-specific online solutions that help individuals and families create wills, trusts, healthcare directives, and other essential estate planning documents. Over one million individuals and families use our platform.

In 2025, we launched EstateOS™, an intelligent platform for legacy planning, management, and preservation. It features AI-enabled workflows, document intelligence, and multi-party collaboration tools designed for professionals. We also support over 20,000 financial advisors and more than 200 enterprise partners and institutions, including AARP, Fifth Third Bank, LPL Financial, UBS, and USAA. We manage over $200 billion in self-reported estate assets and have been recognized by CNBC Disruptor 50, Inc. 5000, and Deloitte Technology Fast 500™.

Our Will Plans cost $199, and Trust Plans cost $499. Both include a Last Will & Testament, HIPAA Authorization, Advance Healthcare Directive, and Power of Attorney. Trust Plans also come with a Revocable Living Trust, Schedule of Assets, Pour-Over Will, Trust Funding Guide, and Certification of Trust. You can add one year of attorney support for an extra $300. We also offer annual memberships ($19 for Will Plans, $39 for Trust Plans) that provide access to a digital vault and plan updates.

All our plans are developed by attorneys, are legally valid, and are customized for state-specific requirements. We use bank-level encryption to secure your documents.
