Position: Talent Acquisition Specialist (Maternity Cover - 18mths, Part time 30hr/week)
Location of the role: Germany (Remote)
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will own full-cycle recruitment by sourcing, interviewing and placing qualified candidates in partnership with hiring managers. You will focus on hiring globally, building strong talent pipelines through multiple sourcing channels. Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and an ambassador for TrustYou’s culture and values, you will collaborate closely with the People Operations team.
Please note that this is an 18-month maternity cover position.
In your role, you will make an impact by….
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and priority profiles
- Sourcing and identifying qualified candidates using various platforms (Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, social media, referrals, databases, etc.).
- Ensuring alignment on interview processes and decision-making criteria
- Conducting thorough screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet both technical and cultural fit.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Updating and maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Supporting the People Operations team with ongoing projects, as time permits.
You are a perfect fit, if you have…
- 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or as Recruiter
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever) and recruitment software (Linkedin Recruiter).
- Proficiency in English
