About Unison Infrastructure

We acquire and manage infrastructure assets for wireless, renewable energy, towers, and fiber. Founded in 2003 as Unison Site Management, we provide capital to site owners. Since then, we’ve deployed over $1.3 billion across more than 6,400 transactions and operate in 8 countries.\n\nWe specialize in lease buyouts for wireless and renewable energy assets. Our services include generating capital through wireless lease buyouts, solar or wind lease buyouts, and tower acquisitions. We also help clients get capital from fiber-enabled infrastructure assets. We work with individuals, businesses, non-profits, and enterprises to help them get the most value from their assets, reduce payment risk, and simplify estate planning.\n\nDewey K. Shay founded Unison Site Management in 2003. We continued buying assets during the 2008 recession and completed our 6,000th wireless lease buyout in the U.S. by 2016. In 2021, the founders decided to expand into new asset classes and regions. We entered the European market in 2022 and began acquiring renewable infrastructure assets, with Ben Faiella joining as Head of Renewables.
