Join Unity as a Senior Field Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts in the vibrant Vietnamese gaming market.
You will play a pivotal role in driving brand awareness and user acquisition by integrating Engine and Ads marketing strategies.
This is a unique opportunity to work remotely while having a significant impact on the local developer community and Unity’s regional growth.
Success in this role means building a sustainable marketing engine that aligns global vision with local market nuances.
What you’ll be doing
- Develop and execute a comprehensive field marketing strategy for Vietnam, balancing physical events with digital engagement.
- Lead the planning and execution of diverse events, including large-scale industry conferences, technical workshops, and developer meetups.
- Manage localized digital marketing campaigns and content creation to maintain a strong brand presence across local social and community channels.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Business Development, and Regional Marketing teams to ensure alignment on business goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Vietnam to provide actionable insights and localized marketing assets.
What we’re looking for
- Extensive experience in field marketing or event management within the gaming or technology industry in Vietnam.
- Native-level fluency in Vietnamese and professional business proficiency in English.
- Proven ability to manage end-to-end event logistics, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site execution.
- Strong understanding of the Vietnamese gaming ecosystem and developer community.
- Experience in executing integrated marketing campaigns across both digital and physical touchpoints.
You might also have
- Professional network within the Vietnamese AdTech or mobile gaming industry.
- Experience in data-driven marketing and ROI analysis for field activities.
- Ability to transcreate global marketing content to resonate with local cultural sentiments.
- Proficiency in additional languages such as Korean, Chinese, or Japanese.
