Fidel API

We founded Fidel API in 2018 to build a global financial infrastructure platform. Our tools let developers create programmable experiences that happen the moment a transaction occurs on any payment card. We connect Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards to applications, collecting real-time payment data and initiating event-based user experiences for loyalty and rewards programs.

We designed our platform to be a secure and reliable connection layer between applications and major card networks, helping our users launch products faster. We maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA and adhere to strict security standards.

Our security features include a consent-based approach that doesn’t ask for bank login details or sensitive PII. We use a proprietary token engine to tokenize card numbers, protecting user privacy. Our Card Enrollment SDKs help with PCI compliance.

Fidel API is built for developers. We offer modular components, rapid integrations, a management dashboard, webhooks, detailed documentation, a test environment, support for versioned API changes, metadata, and a sample application.
