We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who acts as a specialist brand steward. You aren’t just running ads; you are the vital “go-between” who ensures our identity remains high-quality and consistent across every digital touchpoint. You’ll need a collaborative mindset to bridge the gap between creative and data-driven teams, and the commercial acumen to ensure our brand-building activities translate into real business growth.

You will drive brand consistency and lead generation across the full marketing funnel by:

  • Executing strategies focused on mid-to-upper funnel awareness and brand equity.
  • Owning lead generation, building and nurturing prospect databases to fuel sales channels.
  • Acting as the primary liaison between internal and external stakeholders for unified messaging.
  • Managing affiliate channels to diversify acquisition and brand reach.
  • Developing word-of-mouth initiatives like ‘Refer a Friend’ and ‘Connectors’.
  • Formalising creative briefs and managing workflows for timely campaign delivery.
  • Reporting on performance against KPIs, focusing on lead and sales quality.

You will be a versatile member of the Digital Growth Team, acting as a critical bridge between Digital, Creative, Brand, Marketing, and Product. You will also support the newly formed Strategic Partnerships Team and manage affiliate channels. Your goal is to ensure a unified messaging and brand identity across all platforms owned and supported by the Digital Team.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

  • Extensive experience in digital marketing with a focus on brand-building objectives.
  • A proven track record in lead generation and managing CRM/prospect databases.
  • Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration, particularly with Creative and Brand teams.
  • Familiarity with platforms including Google Ads, Meta Ads, and CRM tools.
  • Experience supporting strategic partnerships or affiliate marketing programs.
  • Exceptional communication skills to translate technical tactics into clear narratives for stakeholders.
