We are looking for a strategic product manager ready to lead our transition from a ‘one-size-fits-all’ model to a dynamic, personalised customer experience. As Senior Product Manager , you will own the strategy for our Configure Price Quote (CPQ) ‘in-life’ engine, using deep data insights to build bespoke bundles and automated tariff triggers. We’re looking for a forward-thinker who can influence senior stakeholders, mentor high-performing squads, and stay ahead of market trends to ensure our household propositions remain market-leading.
Job Description
We deliver progress. What you’ll do and how you will make an impact.
As the Senior Product Manager for Customer Propositions, you will be at the forefront of transforming our offering. You will lead the architectural and logical transformation of how we offer services, owning the “in-life” logic that governs how customer status changes trigger tariff adjustments and bespoke service bundles.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Lead the development of the CPQ “In-Life” engine, building the complex rule sets that govern how a customer’s bundle evolves after joining.
- Transition the business from a static model to a highly segmented, dynamic offering leveraging datasets like broadband availability and energy info.
- Design and implement automated “trigger” logic where changes in customer status (e.g. activating a mobile SIM) instantly recalculate and adjust tariffs.
- Optimise cross-sell and retention efforts by building decisioning tools that use “in-life” data points to determine the right offer at the right time.
- Drive the design process for complex features, solving deep-seated user pain points across multiple engineering teams.
- Set and track domain-wide KPIs and OKRs, managing trade-offs for business goals and presenting strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
We work together. Your team and the people you will work with…
You will lead a high-impact, cross-functional squad at the heart of UW’s transformation. You will collaborate closely with other Product Managers, Engineering and Data teams to remove dependencies and align on a domain-wide strategy.
