Working within our Telecoms Provisioning team you will communicate with our customers, internal departments and suppliers via a range of platforms relating to the on-boarding of their telephony services.

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of communication solutions, beginning with working closely with suppliers to provision all telephony services. You will take full ownership of the management of customer orders, ensuring clients are kept informed and engaged until their services are fully live. Should any hurdles arise, you will case manage issues and escalations with a proactive approach to reach a swift resolution.
You will provide first-hand support by speaking directly with customers to answer queries and ensure a seamless transition. Finally, maintaining a high level of attention to detail is essential, as you will handle precise data entry to guarantee accurate customer billing and system integrity.
