What’s exciting about the role
This role offers the opportunity to drive significant impact in one of Latin America’s most dynamic markets by leading growth across hardware, services, and innovative payment solutions in Brazil. The Account Executive is responsible for both new business development and strategic account expansion, working directly with major acquirers, sub‑acquirers, and retailers. With autonomy over the entire sales cycle, this role influences key decisions and shapes long-term customer strategies while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and customer success. The position provides high visibility, direct interaction with industry leaders, and the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to the company’s regional strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new business opportunities in Hardware (Android and Linux), Services, and Payment Solutions within the Brazilian market.
- Execute both hunting and farming strategies to expand market presence and grow strategic accounts (Acquirers, Sub-acquirers, and Retailers).
- Manage the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through contract negotiation and closing.
- Understand customer business requirements and align sales strategies for each opportunity.
- Maintain strong face-to-face engagement with named accounts (significant travel required).
- Deliver executive-level presentations and coordinate product demonstrations confidently and effectively.
- Drive revenue within the assigned territory, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and timely 12-month rolling forecasts.
- Ensure CRM account, opportunity, and pipeline data are always up to date and accurate.
- Lead and coordinate internal cross-functional teams (pre-sales, support, operations, product) to ensure customer success and issue resolution.
- Proactively share competitive intelligence and market insights with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and strategic customer meetings.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience required.
- Working level proficiency in English.
- Minimum 5+ years of successful experience selling complex solutions and POS hardware (Linux and Android) into large enterprise accounts (Acquirers, Sub-acquirers, and Retailers).
- Strong business judgment, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
