Key Responsibilities
Configure and administer licenses across two gateway platforms.
Create, deactivate, and modify terminals, ensuring accurate registration.
Review and maintain Gateway department inventory.
Coordinate and schedule installations with the Field Services team in accordance with contractually established SLAs.
Follow up on customer requests, collaborating with internal teams to remove blockers and ensuring customers follow the correct process to receive support.
Ensure timely communication and delivery of services.
Prepare and deliver information required for customer terminal onboarding.
Prepare and deliver customer billing support documentation.
