Job Description

Capabilities: Organisational change management, transformation delivery, stakeholder engagement and communication, change readiness assessment, and employee adoption strategies. Strong facilitation and influencing skills to drive cultural transformation whilst managing resistance and building change capability across multiple delivery centres in a rapidly scaling organisation.

Role Overview

As Change Manager reporting to the Chief of Staff, Global, you will drive successful transformation across our delivery centres in India, Malaga, and Belfast, as we undergo rapid headcount growth and operational evolution. You will execute change management strategies across these xDC locations that ensure our people, processes, and culture adapt seamlessly to support our ambitious growth trajectory.

This role requires a strategic yet hands-on change practitioner who can anticipate the human side of change, build organisational readiness across diverse geographies, and embed new ways of working across our expanding multi-location workforce. You will partner with local and global leaders across all delivery centres to ensure growth initiatives translate into sustained adoption and business value, working closely with the Programme Manager in the Office of the CEO to integrate change management activities into project governance structures.

The ideal candidate thrives in high-growth, multi-site environments, operates effectively with ambiguity, and possesses the cultural sensitivity essential for supporting delivery centres across India, and Europe through transformational change.

Please note: This role demands flexibility to work across multiple time zones and extended hours during critical transformation phases.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management Execution & Programme Support

  • Execute change management activities across xDC locations (India, Malaga, Belfast) in alignment with global programme management frameworks and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
  • Support globally-led change programmes by delivering localised change management interventions across delivery centres, ensuring consistency with corporate standards whilst adapting to region-specific contexts
  • Partner with the Programme Manager in the Office of the CEO to integrate change management workstreams into project governance structures, timelines, and deliverables
  • Provide change management expertise and on-the-ground insights from across delivery centres to inform global programme design and decision-making

  • Change Impact Assessment & Readiness
  • Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analyses across xDC locations as part of broader global transformation initiatives
  • Assess organisational readiness and identify risks, resistance points, and capability gaps specific to each delivery centre
  • Develop change readiness reports and risk mitigation strategies that feed into global programme governance, highlighting location-specific considerations
  • • Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and progress against global programme milestones across all delivery centres
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
  • Execute multi-channel communication plans across xDC locations in alignment with global programme communication strategies
  • Facilitate workshops, town halls, and focus groups in partnership with local leadership across India, Malaga, Belfast to build awareness and commitment to globally-driven change initiatives
  • Develop locally relevant messaging for each delivery centre that cascades global change narratives whilst ensuring cultural and regional appropriateness
  • • Coach people leaders across delivery centres to act as effective change champions, supporting global change management objectives
  • Cultural Integration & Employee Experience
  • Champion initiatives that preserve and strengthen organisational culture whilst accommodating rapid growth across multiple delivery centres
  • Design onboarding experiences aligned with global standards that accelerate new hire productivity and cultural assimilation across India, Malaga, and Belfast locations
  • Support leadership in navigating organisational changes as part of globally coordinated initiatives across all delivery centres
  • • Ensure employee voice from all xDC locations is represented in global transformation, promoting inclusion and psychological safety throughout change
  • Training, Adoption & Capability Building
  • Deliver change adoption programmes, training curricula, and workshops across xDC locations, adapting content for regional relevance
  • Monitor adoption metrics across delivery centres, gather feedback, and implement reinforcement mechanisms to embed new behaviours
  • Manage resistance through targeted interventions, addressing location-specific barriers to adoption across India, Malaga, and Belfast.
  • Provide feedback loops to global programme teams on adoption challenges and successes from across delivery centres, supporting the Chief of Staff in reporting progress and recommendations to senior leadership

Qualifications

Key Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in change management roles within high-growth, multi-site organisations or consulting environments, ideally supporting operations across multiple geographies, with strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
  • Experience executing change management activities as part of broader global or enterprise-wide transformation programmes across diverse locations
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with ability to influence without authority, create compelling presentations, and facilitate engaging workshops across all organisational levels and time zones
  • Cultural awareness and sensitivity with appreciation for the nuances of working across diverse regions including India, Europe, US.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent change initiatives across different locations with competing priorities in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
  • Strong analytical skills to assess change readiness, measure adoption, and derive insights from data across multiple sites, with proficiency in collaboration tools, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree required; change management certification (e.g., Prosci, CMI) highly desirable
