Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and talented Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React + Python to join our Innovation Labs. This role is ideal for someone with a startup mentality—a go-getter who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes ownership, and drives projects end-to-end. You will not only build scalable applications but also mentor interns, guide proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives, and be the go-to person for technical unblocking.
Responsibilities
5-7 years of experience is required
Design, develop, and deploy full stack applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend).
Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver PoCs and innovative projects.
Mentor and guide interns, providing technical leadership and hands-on support.
Act as the primary point of contact for resolving technical blockers faced by interns and junior developers.
Drive innovation by experimenting with new tools, frameworks, and approaches.
Ensure best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to building a culture of agility, ownership, and continuous learning
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in end-to-end full stack development with React and Python, frameworks like Django/Flask.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure).
- Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL).
- Solid knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Desirables
- Exposure in building applications with Generative AI services, leveraging platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or similar.
- Prior experience working in a startup or innovation-driven environment.
- A personal project portfolio that highlights hands-on learning and interests.
- Ability to inspire and lead teams, especially interns or junior developers.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and rapid prototyping.
- Passion for innovation, experimentation, and building impactful products.
