Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle EPM Senior Consultant with strong hands-on expertise across Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, PCMCS) along with solid experience delivering integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
This role requires a mix of functional finance process knowledge, EPM application design expertise, and OIC technical integration capabilities to support complex enterprise transformations.

Key Responsibilities
8 years hands-on with Oracle EPM Cloud.
1. Oracle EPM Solution Delivery
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle EPM Cloud modules including EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, EDMCS, and others.
- Develop metadata, forms, business rules, Groovy scripts, dashboards, and management reports.
- Manage month-end close support, budgeting cycles, financial consolidation logic, and reconciliation workflows.
- Create design documentation: FD, MD50, MD70, test scripts, deployment plan.

2. Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) – Technical Responsibilities
OIC Integrations (Primary Technical Scope)
- Design and develop integrations between:
o ERP Cloud ↔ EPM Cloud
o EPM Cloud ↔ EDMCS
o On-prem systems ↔ Cloud
- Build integrations using OIC components:
o Integration Cloud Service (ICS)
o File-based integrations (FBDI)
o REST/SOAP API based integrations
o Scheduled orchestrations & event-based triggers
o FTP/SFTP adapters
o ERP/EPM Cloud adapters
o DB adapters
Technical Build & Development
- Create and manage:
o SOAP/REST service calls
o Mappings and transformations (XSLT, JSON, XML)
o Error handling, fault policies, and logging frameworks
o Orchestrated workflows and process automations
- Develop custom scripts using:
o OIC JavaScript functions
o Groovy scripts in EPM
o EPM Automate scripting (PowerShell / Shell)
Integration Monitoring & Support
- Build dashboards for integration run monitoring.
- Perform performance tuning and error analysis.
- Implement automated alerting for integration failures.

3. Data Integration & EPM Automation
- Build end-to-end data pipelines using:
o EPM Data Integration (Data Management)
o OIC pipelines
o EPM Automate for automation jobs
- Manage:
o Data mappings
o Metadata loads
o Financial data loads from ERP/sub-systems
- Create automated schedules for metadata sync (EDMCS↔EPM).
Qualifications
Oracle EPM Expertise (Core)
- Minimum 8 years hands-on with Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Expertise in at least 3 modules:
o EPBCS / PBCS
o FCCS
o ARCS
o EDMCS
o PCMCS
- Strong in:
o Smart View
o Essbase cube design
o Groovy scripting
o Consolidation rules and close processes
o Management Reporting
o Financial modeling, driver-based planning
