We were founded in 2020 by former Blend employees to build an AI-native loan origination system for financial institutions. Our platform modernizes mortgage lending processes using customizable workflows, open architecture, and data-driven rules.

We automate tasks, enforce compliance, and speed up closings. Our system reduces operational costs, improves loan quality, shortens closing times, and simplifies the customer experience. It features a modern architecture, an API platform, and an open ecosystem.

We have raised $55 million from investors like Andreessen Horowitz, Zigg Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, Conversion Capital, and Index Ventures. Pennymac is one of the institutions that uses our mortgage platform. We integrate with many partners in mortgage technology.

Our vision is to reimagine the lending stack around data, intelligence, and automation, building an AI-first backend platform for the mortgage industry. We value acting as an owner, bringing fun to the process, championing the team, living in reality, and refining one’s craft.

We are a remote-first company with a physical hub in San Francisco. Our team, which is 100% remote, has 11-50 employees.
