Veterinary Practice Partners

We partner with veterinarians, co-owning and managing practices since 2011. We help grow your practice while you maintain clinical autonomy and your hospital’s unique identity and culture. We offer operational and strategic support in marketing, finance, accounting, and human resources, letting you focus on patient care and client relationships.

We partner in 35 states, with over 185 practices, more than 700 doctors, and a team of over 3600 members. Our partner practices have seen higher visit growth rates than the veterinary industry average in the last two years. We’ve also helped establish 25 new hospitals, and 190 former associate doctors have become partners with us.

We are a community-driven partnership group, focused on a co-ownership model that puts veterinarians first. We provide support and resources, promoting clinical autonomy, and we celebrate the distinct identity, culture, and legacy of each hospital in our network.

Our aim is to let veterinarians focus on delivering high-quality patient care and fostering lasting relationships with pet owners, while we handle the business needs of the practices. We’re committed to the success of veterinarians by offering multiple pathways to partnership.

Our team has over 3600 members across our network of practices and corporate staff. Our leadership team is dedicated to supporting VPP partners and hospitals.

We have specialized groups for Partnership Development, Operations, and a Medical Advisory Board. Operations roles, such as Operations Director or Manager, lead multiple partner hospitals, manage P&L, and collaborate with veterinarians, practice managers, and executives. Some corporate roles offer remote and flexible scheduling options. Our culture emphasizes a “vet-first” approach and a collaborative environment.
