About The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Technologist to join our Creative Innovation Team and help us invent the future of video production. This is about fundamentally reshaping how creativity happens at scale.
You’ll be our pioneer on the frontier of AI and automation, operating in rapid two-week sprints. It will be a mix of stress-testing the latest generative AI video models (like Veo or Kling), and the next you’ll be architecting clever workflows with N8N, Zapier, and Replit to supercharge our creative delivery teams. Your mission is to turn “what if” into “here’s how,” building the tools and processes that will empower our Creatives, drive production efficiency, and ensure Vidsy’s creative excellence is always one step ahead.

- Pioneer Creative Excellence: You’ll be our scout in the rapidly evolving world of AI and creative tech. By experimenting with the latest tools, you’ll uncover new possibilities and workflows that keep our creative output unparalleled and deliver exceptional results for our clients.
- Supercharge Project Throughput: You are a master problem-solver. You will design and prototype solutions that automate tasks, streamline production, and eliminate friction for our teams, all without compromising quality.

The tools you build won’t just be clever hacks; they’ll be essential instruments that empower your colleagues, foster a growth mindset, and give our creators more time to do what they love. Must-Haves
- You’ve worked at the intersection of creativity and technology, whether in video, digital production, or a related field, and you’re hungry to keep pushing that edge.
- You’ve rolled up your sleeves with AI and generative tools (think Veo, Kling, Runway, or whatever’s breaking the internet this week).
- You’re fluent in no-code/low-code platforms like N8N, Replit, or similar, and you know how to stitch them together into real, working solutions.
- You’ve got a builder’s instinct: you love tinkering, experimenting, and turning “what if” into something people can actually use.
- You’re a problem-solver at heart, able to cut through noise, simplify complexity, and design elegant workflows that creatives actually want to use.
- You can speak both languages: translating tech into clear, actionable workflows for non-technical creative teams.
Nice-to-haves
- You get how motion designers and Creatives work. Not to do their job, but to know where the pain points are and how tech can smooth them out.
- You’ve thrived in fast-moving environments like startups, agencies, or innovation labs, where ambiguity isn’t a blocker but a spark.
- You’re endlessly curious, plugged into the latest tools, and tech updates. Adaptable enough to pivot when “the next big thing” lands tomorrow.
Who You’ll Report To
You’ll report to Creative Director, Remi, one of the core minds behind Vidsy’s creative engine since 2019. Under his leadership, our teams have pioneered hundreds of thousands of videos, redefining what creativity means for some of the biggest brands in the world. After establishing our North American presence from NYC to Toronto, Remi is now the driving force behind Vidsy’s innovation initiatives, channelling his deep expertise into what’s next. He blends proven creative excellence with a passion for experimental tech. Expect to be supported by a true industry expert, challenged to think bigger, and occasionally roped into a team social (ask him his views on Pickle Backs 🥒).
