Vidsy is a global creative platform transforming how the world’s biggest brands create video advertising across paid social. With teams across NYC, LA, Toronto, and London, we partner with global advertisers like L’Oréal, Amazon and PepsiCo enabling them to produce creator and AI powered video advertising at scale.
About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Resource & Operations Lead to design, run, and continuously evolve the resourcing team and operating system behind Vidsy’s creative output. The focus of this role is creating the right conditions for our creative teams to do their best work at scale, while the business continues to move quickly, stay profitable, and deliver great outcomes for our clients.
You’ll directly manage a growing Delivery team, while also overseeing delivery across our high-performing creative, motion, and strategy teams. You’ll balance creative excellence with operational efficiency, helping the organisation navigate complexity, change, and growth - often with fixed resources and imperfect information.
What We Need
- Proven experience leading delivery or operations in a creative, product, or agency environment.
- A strong grounding in agile principles, with the judgement to adapt them rather than apply them rigidly.
- A systems thinker who understands how people, process, tooling, and incentives all interact.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and making clear, confident trade-offs when required.
- A leader who values craft, creativity, and team wellbeing as much as efficiency and outcomes.
- Calm under pressure, thoughtful in approach, and pragmatic in execution.
What You’ll Bring
- 6–8 years of experience (or equivalent) in operations, delivery, and/or creative management roles.
- Proven people-management experience, with a track record of building and supporting high-performing teams.
- Strong experience designing processes and selecting tools that enable teams to succeed in fast-paced, scaled environments.
- A solid understanding of creative workflows, with hands-on experience managing resource effectively at scale.

Who You’ll Report To
You’ll report to Archie, one of Vidsy’s Co-Founders. Archie oversees Creative, Strategy, and Operations globally, splitting his time primarily between our London and New York hubs. He’s a familiar face at Vidsy socials and places real emphasis on building strong, connected teams beyond day-to-day emails and Slack messages - and you’ll often find him accompanied by his partner-in-crime, Pepsi the Bordoodle.
The Interview Process
📞 30 minutes – Intro call with our Talent Team
💻 60 minutes – Video interview with Archie to discuss the role and your experience
📚 90 minutes – Panel interview + short task presentation, plus a conversation around our Vidsy Values (Raise the Bar, Learn Everyday, Unleash Creativity & Be Brave)
☕️ 30 minutes - In-Person or Virtual ‘Coffee Chat’ to round of the process and any final Q&A

Vidsy embraces a hybrid ‘virtual-first’ approach across all our hubs. We require all new team members to be based locally to their regional hub from day one, but offer the flexibility to access office space as needed, or whenever it best supports your productivity and collaboration. The balance between in-office and remote work will vary depending on your team, role, and personal preferences.
