Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Transformation Program Manager to lead and drive the successful implementation of large-scale programmes within our Strategic Clients. This is an exciting, fast-paced, and high-visibility role, working closely with the Sales (Account Directors), Delivery (Delivery Directors), Products and Solution Teams, and the wider Senior Leadership Team to ensure ultimate success, adoption, and Client Satisfaction.

As we evolve and adapt to be a leader in Digital Transformation at scale, this role will be instrumental in guiding and managing transformational projects from initiation to successful implementation.

The ideal candidate for this role will have proven expertise in managing large-scale Digital transformations, including global-to-local deployments of solutions. It is essential to have a strong track record in change management and communication to drive successful outcomes. Experience in the Life Sciences Industry would be a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in collaboration with the Account Director to develop and execute a comprehensive transformation plan, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement and adaptability.
  • Lead external stakeholder engagement strategies that address concerns and ensure ongoing support through established, effective communication channels.
  • Provide leadership for successful programme implementation.
  • Create and maintain effective project governance.
  • Oversee the delivery of the programme in close collaboration with the Delivery Director, ensuring alignment with the broader client’s objectives and expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with stakeholders and the internal Learning Solutions team to guide the development and implementation of onboarding programs, training workshops, and supportive resources designed to empower end-users in adopting new processes and systems.
  • Ensure all delivery streams are working together effectively, outputs are synchronized where necessary and internal and external dependencies are mapped and managed
  • Ensure good project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and status reporting.
  • Escalate issues as necessary within the project organization structure
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the programme implementation and adoption.
  • Effectively communicate programme goals, progress, and outcomes to all stakeholders and the governance structure.
  • Ensure ‘compliance’ with standards, existing framework and governance for the programme.
  • Network with cross-functional teams through the entire project life cycle, ensuring adherence to the Transformation programme management best practices.
  • Foster successful adoption through key consideration of change management and lead the evaluation of change adoption rates, using data and stakeholder feedback to identify resistance and deploy targeted interventions for improved engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, V7 workstreams, and key stakeholders to ensure alignment and buy-in for transformation initiatives across the business.

Required skills and knowledge:

  • Experience in the Pharma/Life Sciences/MarTech Industry would be a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale business transformation projects.
  • History of being able to manage multiple projects that may overlap or be interlinked when aligning with business requirements.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate team members.
  • Commercial acumen and experience are highly preferable.
  • Capability of working under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships and engage effectively with stakeholders across the organization, including senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action, ability to bring structure to ambiguity, and build trust-based relationships across the organization.
  • Comfortable working within an ever-changing environment in a rapidly growing company.
  • Strong change management skills to drive successful outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Previous experience working on large digital/omnichannel transformation programmes.
  • Experience or at least affinity with enabling technologies for deployment of Campaigns and Content at scale, including CRM, Marketing Automation, CMS, and Content Authoring platforms.
  • Experience in Modular approaches to deploying Campaigns and Content.
  • Able to oversee and lead Delivery Directors and Managers and ensure adherence to strict timelines on time, budget, and expectations/success measures.
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
