About Acoustic

We are a software development company founded in 2019, specializing in digital marketing and consumer engagement. We provide solutions to direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands to help them grow and build loyalty. Our main product, Acoustic Connect, is an omnichannel marketing platform.

Acoustic Connect combines email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push messaging with data, AI, and behavioral insights. This allows marketers to send personalized, high-volume campaigns and manage customer journeys across various channels from one platform.

Our approach is called “Intent-Driven Marketing.” It aims to use real-time consumer intent to create relevant engagement across digital touchpoints. This helps brands move beyond traditional campaigns to respond to ongoing consumer signals and automated omnichannel journeys. Our technologies include marketing analytics, personalization, mobile marketing, marketing automation, pricing and promotion, customer experience analytics, behavioral insights, and journey management.

We have over 20 years of experience in building and running marketing technologies. We operate globally with more than 400 employees and serve over 1,800 customers worldwide. We have offices in Boston, MA; Conway, AR; Richmond, UK; and Gdansk, Poland. Acoustic Connect helps brands achieve faster launches, lower customer acquisition costs (CAC), higher customer lifetime value (CLV), and save significant time on strategy.
