Role:
A Vista Group subject matter expert, the Technical Account Manager leverages their considerable experience, deep product functional expertise and excellent working knowledge of our clients’ business operations to guide the client success team from a technical perspective to create great outcomes for clients. A regional role, the Technical Account Director reports to the Regional Head of Client Success who will oversee project prioritization and deployment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Understand clients’ business models and manage strategic customers, projects, and escalations.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with client success to manage feature requests, analyze trends, prioritize with product and engineering, and guide delivery messaging.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as subject matter expert for Vista cinema and Movio products; guide teams and clients on best practices, configurations, and implementation; coach Account Managers.
- Issue Resolution: Act as escalation point for complex or strategic issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product, support, and engineering teams on product enhancements and solutions; participate in cross-regional and departmental initiatives.
- Continuous Learning: Stay informed on industry trends and emerging customer needs to inform product strategy and improvements.
- Knowledge Transfer: Address complex queries from internal stakeholders and support Vista Group’s learning and enablement efforts.dge transfer to other departments.
Qualification and experience prerequisites
- Minimum 5 years experience with Vista Cinema suite and/or Veezi & Movio products in implementation, configuration, scoping, and support.
- Proven ability to manage client expectations and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Strong technical skills with the ability to explain complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Excellent relationship building, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- BSc in IT, Computer Science or equivalent is a plus.
- Attention to detail and excellent written communication.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
