Job Overview
We are looking for a Producer to lead cross-functional teams, own product stream delivery, and drive roadmap execution for a live game product. You will coordinate stakeholders, manage risks, and ensure high-quality, predictable delivery aligned with product strategy.
What will you do?
- Create Stream roadmap and provide its delivery together with the Leadership Team (Solution architect, Design owner, Art owner, RQA, PM, PdM).
- Make decisions within the Stream: resolve product issues, conflicts, set priorities, make decisions on project plans, team, and people.
- Inform about and coordinate decisions affecting the entire product, including all its stakeholders.
- Analyze work efficiency—how human resources are being used, how optimized the processes are, how clear the communications are, etc.
- Identify systemic issues reducing work performance and suggest ways to resolve them.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports and feedback on work statuses to stakeholders.
- Perform risk management of operations within the product Stream.
- Work with the team:
- Set business goals and inspire the team to meet them.
- Evaluate the performance of employees together with discipline managers, set development goals for employees, and help to achieve them
- Provide feedback to the team on their performance.
What are we looking for?
- Familiar with our product and enjoys it. Enjoys gaming.
- Successful leadership experience.
- Knowledge of development methodologies, processes, and product delivery life cycle.
- Experience working with product metrics and analytics.
- Experience in working with distributed teams.
- Experience in working with stakeholders (collection of requirements, formation of a backlog, management of changes, and expectations).
- Knows how to manage priorities, process change requests, and resolve conflict situations following the product’s goals and strategy.
Work mode
- Hybrid (3 days of work from the office).
- This role is eligible for relocation & immigration support.
The salary range for this role in Vilnius is EUR 5000 - 6500 monthly gross.
