Waymo’s People team recruits and supports the world’s best talent (including, we hope, you). Our HR business partners, program administrators, staffers, and compensation specialists help our employees attain their full potential in a healthy, considerate and supportive environment. We take our role as stewards of Waymo’s culture seriously.

  • Content Creation: Perform independent research into learning & development best practices to develop materials for cutting-edge educational programs.

Program Operations & Logistics

  • End-to-End Execution: Manage the full lifecycle of learning events, including creating communications, managing sign-ups, and securing speakers and facilitators.
  • Event Logistics: Coordinate complex logistics for in-person and online events, including venue security, calendar invites, and breakout room management.
  • Vendor & Financial Support: Manage vendor relationships and handle operational tasks such as raising Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and tracking invoices.
  • Materials Management: Order and expense program materials and swag while maintaining up-to-date internal sites and resource links.

Learning Technology & Data Tracking

  • LMS Management: Utilize the Learning Management System for course creation, sign-up links, and program measurement.
  • Data Integrity: Track and maintain up-to-date participant data and feedback across multiple programs to communicate efficacy to leadership.
  • Program Triage: Serve as the initial point of contact for the “Menu of Offerings,” triaging requests and tracking outcomes to ensure business needs are met.

You have:

  • Operational Excellence: Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple sub-working groups and logistical details independently.
  • Solid Facilitation Skills: Proven ability to command a room and deliver engaging content, specifically for onboarding and orientation environments.
  • Adaptability: Ability to recognize and resolve issues in real-time, adjusting to unexpected challenges with poise.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with Facilities, IT, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency with Google Workspace (gMeet, gSlides) and experience managing data within an LMS.
