We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in sales and lead conversion to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Handle inbound lead and discovery calls generated from marketing campaigns;
Conduct short (10–15 minute) sales conversations to qualify and convert leads;
Clearly explain services using scripts and structured messaging;
Guide prospects through the decision-making process and help close deals;
Support onboarding of new customers after conversion;
Follow up with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates;
Assist with ongoing communication and relationship management;
Maintain and update CRM records and sales pipeline;
Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion outcomes;
Ensure data is accurate and organized;
Assist with outreach and follow-up efforts;
Support newsletters and communication when needed;
Contribute to improving and scaling the sales process over time;
Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written);
Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or a related industry;
Strong sales and communication skills, especially on calls;
Experience with lead qualification and closing conversations;
Comfortable following scripts while adapting naturally to conversations;
Proactive, self-driven mindset with ability to work independently;
Comfortable in a fast-paced, growing environment;
Background in sales, lead generation, or customer onboarding;
Experience using CRM tools and managing pipelines;
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 6$ - 8$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
