We Clone You is a leading virtual assistant company that specializes in providing virtual assistance to empower businesses of all sizes with world-class virtual assistance. We are currently looking for a motivated Virtual Assistant with expertise in website management and SEO to join our client’s team and take their operations to the next level.
In this role, you will be responsible for performing various tasks, including:
Manage and maintain the WordPress website (pages, blog posts, layouts, updates);
Create and update service pages, landing pages, and website content;
Ensure the website is functioning properly across devices (desktop/mobile responsiveness);
Monitor and fix issues such as broken links, formatting errors, and performance issues;
Perform on-page SEO optimization (titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, etc.);
Conduct keyword research and optimization using Search Atlas;
Track keyword performance and SEO improvements;
Identify SEO opportunities and implement improvements proactively;
Build and manage funnels, forms, and automations in Go High Level;
Ensure proper lead flow from the website into the CRM;
Monitor systems to ensure everything is connected and functioning correctly;
Track and report on SEO performance and website updates;
Identify issues and continuously improve website performance and conversions;
Proactively suggest and implement improvements across systems;
Strong experience with WordPress website management;
Proven experience with on-page SEO optimization;
Hands-on experience with Search Atlas;
Experience with Go High Level (funnels, forms, automations);
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision;
Strong problem-solving mindset ( able to figure things out and execute);
High attention to detail and organization;
Good written English communication skills;
Availability to work on a fixed EST schedule;
Familiarity with Google Analytics and Search Console;
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS;
Experience with conversion optimization (landing pages);
Background in home services or real estate is a plus;
Work from home;
Payment in dollars per working hour (40-hour week);
Starting salary between 6$ - 8$ per hour depending on your experience, with room for raises based on performance;
