About the role

We’re looking for a Manager, Creator Partnerships & UGC Content to lead our user-generated content (UGC) strategy and scale how we collaborate with creators at every level from micro-influencers to established partners.

You’ll own the full lifecycle of our creator content engine: identifying and building relationships with creators, briefing and producing authentic UGC, managing content quality and performance, and continuously optimizing based on insights.

This role sits on the performance marketing team and is at the intersection of marketing, performance, and brand. Helping us tell real, human stories that make investing and personal finance feel simple and approachable.

In this role you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Build and scale our UGC content engine

  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of UGC for use across paid, owned, and earned channels

  • Source, brief, and manage creators to produce authentic, high-performing content aligned with campaign goalsCreate and maintain systems to track, test, and optimize UGC performance across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)

  • Partner with creative, performance, and brand teams to identify content needs and performance insights

  • Lead our creator affiliate program

  • Manage an affiliate-style program that rewards creators for driving client growth

  • Manage creator recruitment, onboarding, tracking, and performance reporting

  • Develop incentive structures, promotional toolkits, and creative guidelines to help creators succeed

  • Collaborate with data and growth teams to measure ROI, optimize campaigns, and identify top-performing creators

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or social content management, ideally in a consumer brand or fintech environment.
  • Deep understanding of the creator economy, UGC best practices, and social media trends across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging channels.
  • Proven track record managing end-to-end creator campaigns: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review, and performance reporting.
  • Strong creative instincts with a sharp eye for storytelling, tone, and brand alignment.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and creative teams.
  • Analytical mindset, able to use data and insights to guide decision-making and optimize results.
  • Nice to have: platform buying experience on META, TikTok, Reddit, Google
