Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Paid Ads Specialist / Manager to join our team of high-performing paid marketing experts and strengthen our digital advertising efforts. If you thrive on running and scaling Facebook and Instagram campaigns, enjoy working with content, copy, and design teams, and know how to turn data into growth, we’d love to connect.
This role is open to candidates with 4 to 8 years of experience. The scope will flex as Specialist or Manager depending on your expertise and leadership readiness.
What you’ll do ✨
• Collaborate with marketing teammates across paid ads, content, copy, and design to launch and optimize campaigns on Facebook and Instagram
• Guide campaign strategy, manage budgets effectively, and maximize ROI
• Track and analyze performance metrics like CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, and CPA, and act on insights
• Run structured A/B tests on creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages
• Stay current with platform updates, new ad formats, and targeting features
• For more experienced candidates, help shape scaling strategy and support peer development
What we’re looking for 📊
• 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience managing campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (Facebook, Instagram)
• Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver ROI at scale
• Metrics-driven, analytical and team-player, able to communicate insights clearly
• Experience with Google Ads, YouTube Ads, or LinkedIn Ads is a plus
• Familiarity with landing page tools, analytics platforms, or marketing automation a bonus
