Job Description
ABOUT THE UX DESIGNER ROLE:
WIN is looking for a UX Designer to join our growing team in India. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering intuitive, engaging, and scalable user experiences across web and mobile platforms.
This role requires a strong user-first mindset and the ability to simplify complex problems into elegant design solutions. You will contribute across the full UX lifecycle - from research and ideation to wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Translate user needs and business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on ideas using modern tools, including AI-assisted design workflows
- Leverage AI tools to move from concept to prototype in hours, not days
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to design user-centric solutions
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and improve designs
- Iterate designs based on feedback, data, and evolving product requirements
- Ensure consistency and quality by adhering to design standards and best practices
- Contribute to design systems and continuously improve UX processes
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- 4+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar
- Familiarity with AI-powered design, prototyping, or research tools to accelerate workflows
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly and effectively
- Experience working in cross-functional teams in an agile environment
- Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn
