We are rapidly expanding and investing heavily in SEO to dominate local and mobile search results.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior SEO Manager (Individual Contributor) with deep experience in:
• Local SEO for multi-location brands
• Technical SEO for modern JavaScript frameworks
• Mobile-first SEO and Core Web Vitals optimization
• Scaling SEO across 100+ city pages
You will work closely with:
• Abdul (Local SEO Lead – GBP strategy)
• Ayesha (Local SEO Specialist – GBP operations)
• Samran (Digital Marketing Manager)
• Company leadership
This is NOT a content-only or beginner-level SEO role.
This is a senior, hands-on technical SEO position where you execute at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
1. Technical SEO (Nuxt.js + Laravel
• Execute SEO within a Nuxt.js front end + Laravel backend environment.
• Improve mobile loading, SSR performance, caching, and Core Web Vitals.
• Fix indexing issues, structured data, canonicalization, and robots directives.
• Work with developers to improve Lighthouse scores and mobile performance
MUST understand:
• JavaScript SEO
• Server-Side Rendering (SSR)
• Headless SEO
• API-driven content
• Complex routing structures
2. Local SEO for 100+ U.S. Cities
• Build and execute SEO strategy for 100+ city landing pages.
• Optimize each page for local intent + service intent.
• Collaborate with Abdul & Ayesha for GBP → local page alignment.
• Improve NAP consistency, citations, and local authority.
3. Keyword Strategy & Content Framework
• Create a complete keyword map across all services and all cities.
• Provide SEO outlines for local pages, blog content, and FAQs.
• Optimize metadata, H1/H2 hierarchy, schema markup, and internal linking.
4. Reporting & Analysis
• Own GA4, GSC, SEMrush/Ahrefs dashboards.
• Deliver weekly performance reports directly to leadership.
• Track mobile vs desktop performance city-by-city.
• Monitor competitors nationwide and city-by-city.
5. Conversion-Focused SEO
• Improve UX and conversion flow on mobile landing pages.
• Test call-to-action placements, layout structure, and mobile funnels.
• Deliver measurable increases in organic lead and booking conversion rate.
Required Skills & Experience
This role requires ALL of the following:
• 5+ years hands-on SEO experience (you execute work yourself)
• Strong technical SEO experience with modern frameworks:
– Nuxt.js (Vue)
– Laravel
– JavaScript SEO
– SSR & rendering issues
– Core Web Vitals
– Schema, robots, sitemap
• Local SEO experience for multi-location brands (50–200+ city pages)
• Mobile-first SEO expertise with proven results
• Expert knowledge of SEO tools (Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC, GA4, BrightLocal)
• Strong English communication skills
Success Indicators – First 90 Days
• Complete technical & local SEO audit for all 100+ locations.
• Improve mobile speeds and Core Web Vitals across major pages.
• Restructure local pages for faster ranking.
• Create full keyword map for 100+ cities.
• Report measurable improvements in impressions, CTR, and rankings.
• Deliver weekly SEO performance updates consistently.
