Job Description
Job duties:
- Supervise and mentor a geographically distributed team of analysts & engineers to ensure delivery excellence and skill growth.
- Design and implement scalable data governance and stewardship frameworks to support long-term analytics maturity. Define and lead the execution of the analytics roadmap aligned with executive priorities in product, GTM, and customer success.
- Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to architect cloud-native analytics infrastructure using technologies such as Redshift or dbt.
- Own the execution of predictive analytics and data driven decision support systems to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
- Create frameworks to monitor data integrity, lineage, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop and maintain cross-functional stakeholder relationships, including Sales Engineering, Customer Experience, Finance, and Executive teams.
- Evangelize data-driven decision-making across the company through custom KPI frameworks and impact storytelling. Identify opportunities for AI-assisted enhancements on the analytics team.
- Integrate AI driven workflows to democratize analytics support & self-service capabilities across the organization.

Qualifications
- Requires a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field of study plus two (2) years of experience in job offered or closely related analytics role.
- Must have two (2) years of experience in the following: requirements gathering; data analysis; SQL; software development and scripting; cloud infrastructure; A/B testing; data visualization, reporting, and storytelling; and Amazon Web Services.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package. Pay is established on an individual basis after considering multiple factors such as relevant experience, education, and other qualifications. In addition, we take into account geographical differentials and make sure pay is equitable with our current staff. For this position, our hiring range for base annual pay is estimated to be USD$200,907, at the time of this posting. Performance-based discretionary bonuses and variable pay plans are available for some positions.
