WongDoody – that’s over 2,000 colleagues across 22 design studios on four continents. In Germany, around 300 colleagues work with us at our locations in Berlin, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, and remotely. Our service areas include Experience Design, Immersive Experiences, Influencer Marketing, and future-proof, holistic Digital Marketing. What you can expect
- Create end-to-end magic: From concept and design to motion, you’ll craft standout social content and smart digital campaigns for our client - one of the biggest entertainment brands in the world.
- Think bold, design bolder: Develop striking visual concepts and bring innovative design approaches to life.
- Be part of the action: Join exciting content productions for special events and unforgettable moments.
- Own your impact: Work independently and responsibly within interdisciplinary project teams (account management, creative concept, social media, influencer management, client).
- Shine on stage: Prepare and deliver inspiring presentations—internally and directly to clients.
What we’d love to see
- A degree in graphics, design, or comparable education.
- 3+ years of experience in a social media agency or similarly creative environment.
- A sharp eye for target-group-oriented design, campaign creativity, and scroll-stopping social media content.
- Excellent Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, After Effects). Knowledge of Generative AI tools and Figma = big plus.
- A true passion for design: high creative standards, strong conceptual thinking, and a love for details.
- Social media fluency: you live and breathe TikTok, spot trends early, and get excited about new platforms.
- A digital-first mindset with plenty of fresh ideas, initiative, and solution-oriented thinking.
- A collaborative team spirit paired with strong communication skills.
- Fluent German (a must), very good English (a plus).
