We started in 1997, offering IT services and consulting. We provide AI-augmented engineering and consulting, using AI to accelerate development, improve speed, scalability, and cost efficiency. Our AI services include assisted development, architecture, systems consulting, rapid prototyping, and MVP development.

We also specialize in custom software development, cloud migration, application modernization, and legacy application portfolio management. Our Teams-as-a-Service (TaaS) model offers U.S. and Nearshore software engineering teams that we can adjust in size and composition to fit your project needs. Our capabilities cover the full software development lifecycle, from strategy and architecture to implementation. We also offer consulting services such as application portfolio rationalization, enterprise architecture, and digital transformation.

We work with a wide range of technologies, including languages like Java, Python, JavaScript, and Go; frameworks such as .NET, Spring, React, and Angular; cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, and GCP; and data technologies like SQL Server and MongoDB. Our clients include non-profits, Fortune 500 companies, and Federal, State, and Local government agencies. We partner with companies like Amazon Web Services and have offices in cities such as Columbus, Los Angeles, Seattle, Chicago, Guadalajara, and Bogotá.

Our mission is to treat our clients’ business needs as our own. We connect their vision and goals to on-demand U.S.-based and Nearshore software engineering teams. We aim to build long-term, meaningful, and straightforward relationships, a practice we call “no BS consulting.” We partner actively with clients to improve their business outcomes through technology.

For our U.S.-based employees, we offer a choice of health insurance plans, including an HSA option. We also provide dental, vision, and life insurance for team members and their families, including domestic partners. Benefits include nine paid holidays annually, 15 days of paid time off per year (increasing to 20 days after two years), paid sick days, and parental leave for birth and adoptive parents. We also provide a SIMPLE IRA program with an employer match of up to 3% of pre-tax salary.

For our Mexico-based team members, we offer medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on day one for employees and their families. This includes eight paid holidays annually, vacation days per Mexico labor laws, three sick days a year, parental leave for birth and adoptive parents, and a full 30 days of Aguinaldo starting in the first year.
