You will be:
Taking full ownership of the product from strategy to execution, driving measurable outcomes.
Defining, maintaiing, and prioritizing the product roadmap based on business impact and technical feasibility.
Collaborating closely with engineering, design, and external partners to deliver high-quality, scalable products.
Ensuring the product meets technical, performance, and integration standards in an API-heavy environment.
Identifying and mitigate technical and product risks proactively.
Making data-driven decisions and continuously optimizing for adoption, retention, revenue, and other key metrics.
Balancing growth initiatives with managing technical debt and long-term scalability.
Acting as a product leader who brings clarity to complexity, drives accountability, and executes like a founder.
Requirements
Your profile:
Corporate-grade discipline and delivery standards combined with startup-level ownership, speed, and accountability.
Proven track record of building, scaling, or significantly transforming a product.
Real, measurable product successes – not just contributions.
Ideally, experience launching or co-building your own product on the market.
Full product accountability experience, including market pressure, customer feedback loops, monetization challenges, and scaling decisions.
Demonstrable impact on key metrics, such as:
Increased activation from X% to Y%,
Reduced churn by Z%,
Improved adoption, retention, or revenue,
Scaled ARR / MRR,
Improved API adoption or integration success rates.
Technical fluency in an API-heavy environment, including:
REST APIs, OAuth2 / JWT authentication,
Webhooks and asynchronous patterns,
API versioning and backward compatibility,
Integration risks and external partner onboarding,
Performance, SLAs, and scalability trade-offs,
Swagger / OpenAPI documentation.
Ability to discuss architecture directly with engineers, identify technical risks early, understand consequences of API contract changes, and make informed trade-offs between speed, stability, and scalability,
Strong product and business ownership skills:
Define and own a roadmap aligned with measurable outcomes,
Operate confidently with North Star Metrics and KPIs,
Balance growth initiatives with technical debt,
Make hard prioritization decisions,
Challenge assumptions and stakeholders when necessary.
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
