About Project
The role focuses on the end-to-end design, configuration, and optimization of UKG Kronos workforce management solutions. you will work with Kronos Workforce Central or
UKG Dimensions, covering timekeeping, scheduling, and accruals, while ensuring seamless integration with HR and payroll systems and stable system operations.
You will be:
configure and customize Kronos Workforce Central / UKG Dimensions (timekeeping, scheduling, accruals).
configure UKG Pro WFM pay policies and timekeeping rules.
integrate UKG/Kronos with HRIS and payroll systems (e.g. Workday).
develop and maintain Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) interfaces.
support system upgrades, patches, and troubleshooting.
configure InTouch DX time clocks and access profiles.
build custom reports and dashboards using Kronos tools and SQL.
ensure compliance with labor laws, union agreements, and company policies.
collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into system solutions.
Requirements
Your profile:
5+ years of experience with Kronos Workforce Central or UKG Dimensions.
strong expertise in timekeeping, scheduling, and absence management.
hands-on experience with UKG Pro WFM configuration (timekeeping, accruals, pay policies).
solid knowledge of Workforce Integration Manager (WIM) and system integrations.
proficiency in SQL, Kronos APIs, and reporting tools.
good understanding of HR and payroll processes.
strong knowledge of labor law compliance, overtime, and union rules.
experience configuring pay rules, rounding, scheduling policies, and persona-based access.
familiarity with operational environments (e.g. distribution centers, shift-based work).
Nice to have:
project management experience and strong stakeholder communication skills.
excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
experience in complex, high-volume operational environments
Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
