The Opportunity
The Senior Analyst, Operations Excellence supports the Operations Enablement team in defining strategy and driving execution across quoting, pricing, and large deal workflows. This role sits between Sales and Partner teams and brings a deep analytical understanding of both customer requirements and partner capabilities to improve how we price, quote, and deliver for the most complex portions of our business. The Senior Analyst will define KPIs, analyze sales and operations performance data, identify performance deviations, and develop structured recommendations that improve customer acquisition, quote accuracy, cycle time, and margin.
What You’ll Do
Drive Performance Analytics
- Analyze sales, quoting, and operations performance data to identify trends and root causes of deviations
- Develop and maintain KPI frameworks across quoting and large deal workflows
- Build dashboards and reporting to provide transparency across teams
Support Strategy & Process Improvement
- Support definition of improvement roadmaps for quoting and large deal teams
- Contribute to development of quoting models, algorithms, and performance tools
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to improve quote accuracy, pricing discipline, and conversion rates
Enable Execution
- Translate analytical insights into structured recommendations
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align on action plans
- Track impact of implemented changes and refine based on results
What You’ll Need
Core Qualifications
- 4–7+ years of experience in analytics, operations, strategy, finance, consulting, or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience building KPI frameworks and performance reporting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with data visualization tools
- Experience working with large and complex data sets
- Strong communication skills and ability to present insights clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Operations, or related field required
The estimated base salary range for new hires into this role is $89,000 to $118,000 annually depending on factors such as job-related skills, relevant experience, and location.
