About the Role
Yodeck is scaling an ‘all’ bound GTM Engineer (inbound + outbound + partner/distribution) and therefore needs a hands-on builder who turns strategy into a reliable, measurable system. The GTM Engineer owns the plumbing: data, workflows, automations, enrichment, routing, scoring, and tooling that power pipeline creation and revenue efficiency.
This is not a passive admin role. It’s an engineering-minded operator who prototypes quickly, ships incrementally, and measures impact.
The ideal candidate is a driven, metrics-oriented leader with proven B2B SaaS experience, success in allbound sales, and a passion for coaching and building high-performing teams. You’ll collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to align go-to-market efforts and ensure hyper growth at Yodeck.
Responsibilities
Build & maintain workflows for lead routing, owner assignment, lifecycle stages, and SLA alerts.
Implement lead & account scoring aligned to SPICED and the WBD Bow‑Tie (AQL→SQL→Won; Onboarding→Value→Expansion).
Create reliable reporting (dashboards, cohort & funnel tracking, velocity, activity quality).
Design Clay recipes for programmatic ICP sourcing & enrichment; multi‑source matching; email validation.
Automate enrichment → HubSpot sync with robust field mapping, normalisation, and de‑duplication.
Build “smart lists” for warm outbound (buying signals, hiring, tech install, intent) and push to sequences.
Maintain reusable Clay components, docs, and QA checks.
Integrate product‑usage signals (PQLs), billing, and subscription metrics (e.g., via Segment/warehouse/ChartMogul) into HubSpot for scoring and routing.
Implement partner‑source and distribution deal flows, including lead intake, opportunity registration, and attribution to PAM/Channel.
Prepare for PRM integration (fields, objects, and sync patterns) when selected.
Run continuous A/B tests on routing rules, scoring thresholds, sequences, and messaging metadata.
Document the GTM stack (field dictionary, workflow maps, data lineage) and deliver short enablement sessions.
Maintain a transparent GTM Build backlog; ship in small increments; communicate changes proactively.
3+ years in RevOps / Marketing Ops / Growth Engineering / Sales Ops at a B2B SaaS company.
Expert HubSpot admin (object design, workflows, scoring, sequences, reporting, sandboxing).
Advanced Clay user: building multi‑source enrichment & pushdown automations at scale.
Practical knowledge of APIs/webhooks & JSON; comfortable with Postman and error handling.
SQL (basic) for querying; Python or JavaScript (basic) for data wrangling/transformations a plus.
Strong grasp of funnel mechanics, routing, SLA design, and pipeline attribution (incl. partner assist).
Operational understanding of GDPR/consent and email deliverability fundamentals.
