About the Role
As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will own the execution, optimization, and performance of paid acquisition campaigns across key platforms such as Google Ads, Bing, and paid social. You will use data and structured analysis to identify opportunities, improve efficiency, and drive measurable business outcomes aligned with Yodeck’s growth goals. This role combines hands-on campaign management with analytical thinking and strategic prioritization, ensuring that PPC efforts contribute meaningfully to pipeline and revenue.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Creative teams to improve campaign performance, enhance landing page effectiveness, and maintain a reliable reporting infrastructure. Success in this role requires strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into clear actions that improve conversion rates and overall acquisition performance.
Responsibilities
Execute precise platform changes that drive performance.
• Independently choose appropriate platforms (Google Ads, Bing, Social) and data sources to investigate scoped PPC questions.
• Develop keyword groupings, audiences, and campaign structures aligned with intent and funnel stage.
• Take ownership of optimization and execution for a defined set of campaigns, managing bids and negative lists.
• Ensure all campaigns align with budget pacing without underspending or overspending.
Use data to uncover insights and drive decisions.
• Lead the reporting infrastructure using Looker Studio, Funnel.io, and GA4.
• Review performance within defined areas and outline plausible reasons for observed changes (not just “what” happened, but “why”).
• Convert analysis into clear implementation actions, explaining both rationale and expected outcomes.
• Use simple comparisons (time period, device, geo) to confirm findings before sharing them.
Link PPC activity to business outcomes.
• Understand Yodeck’s ICPs, funnel, and product well enough to choose PPC actions that support real business goals.
• Focus effort on opportunities with a realistic path to conversions or revenue rather than raw volume.
• Convert PPC insights into prioritized recommendations, explaining what to do, why, and in what order.
• Plan and execute A/B tests for landing pages and ad copy to improve conversion rates.
Navigate trade-offs and drive creative performance.
• Work with designers and developers on tracking, landing pages, or feeds and validate outcomes against intent.
• Provide clear, actionable feedback on ads and landing pages to the creative team.
• Navigate simple trade-offs with other teams (Sales, Product) by proposing practical options and aligning on next steps.
• Bring PPC considerations into planning conversations early enough to avoid last-minute changes.
- 2-3+ years in Performance Marketing, with a proven track record in B2B SaaS or high-growth tech environments.
- Expert-level management of Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and LinkedIn Ads, with a deep understanding of the B2B funnel.
- Proficiency in GA4, Looker Studio, and Funnel.io. You don’t just export data; you interpret them to drive revenue-focused decisions.Hands-on experience with GTM and conversion tracking, ensuring data integrity across all campaigns.
- Excellent command of English is a must, as you’ll be crafting global ad copy and collaborating in an international environment.
- Excellent command of English and the ability to link PPC metrics (CAC, ROAS) to broader business goals (MRR, LTV).
