About the role
The VP of Sales is responsible for leading Yodeck’s global direct sales organisation, with a specific focus on acquiring new Mid-Market and Enterprise customers. Reporting to the SVP Sales, this role will drive predictable, scalable, and repeatable new logo revenue by building a high performing sales engine and leading regional teams across the Americas and Rest of World.
This is a key leadership position in our go to market (GTM) structure, requiring a strategic and operational leader who understands how to build and optimise complex B2B sales motions. You will own top of funnel pipeline creation through to closed won, ensuring strong execution across allbound prospecting, qualification, value based selling, and enterprise deal negotiation.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the global new logo sales strategy targeting mid market and enterprise customers.
Hire, lead, coach, and scale high performing sales teams in the Americas and Rest of World regions.
Set and manage regional sales targets and KPIs including pipeline generation (Allbound - inbound, recycled and outbound), win rate, revenue, average deal size, days to close etc, ensuring alignment with overall company goals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine value propositions and drive pipeline generation.
Implement sales processes, forecasting, and reporting to ensure predictable revenue growth.
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise prospects and customers.
Drive operational rigour and adoption of the sales technology stack.
Monitor competitive landscape and market trends to inform sales strategy.
5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role (Director/VP) managing mid market and enterprise sales teams.
Global Exposure, with a proven track record of managing geographically dispersed sales teams.
Proven experience of managing and motivating Allbound pipeline generation (recycled, cold outbound etc) that contributes at least 50% to pipeline goals
Deep expertise in modern sales and coaching methodologies (e.g MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN, Solution Selling).
Demonstrated history of consistently exceeding multi million dollar quotas in high growth environments.
Experience recruiting, coaching and developing, and retaining high performing sales talent.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Successful execution of complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals.
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with CRM, sales enablement, and forecasting tools (HubSpot, Jiminny, Clay, Outreach).
Ability to thrive in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment with evolving priorities and rapid growth.
