Summary

Juniper Square is hiring an Account Executive for their Venture Capital and Private Equity sales team. The role involves selling fund administration and software products to PE & VC firms, meeting revenue goals, attending industry events, and more. Qualifications include 3+ years of B2B full-cycle sales experience, knowledge of relevant solutions, eagerness to understand the market, effective communication skills, ability to learn and use sales systems, and adherence to company values. Compensation includes a base salary, commission equity, and various benefits.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B full-cycle and quota-carrying sales experience
  • Knowledge of selling Fund Administration services, FinTech products, SaaS products, or other relevant solutions
  • Eagerness to deeply understand our market and potential clients’ needs
  • Track record of demonstrating integrity, ethics, and adherence to company values
  • Ability to communicate in writing and verbal form to various audiences and have comfort with presenting
  • Ability to focus on outcomes of the commercial and customer goals
  • Demonstrated ability to learn and use sales systems such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Gong
  • Ability to communicate to lead and manage many projects, with multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Interface directly with prospective Private Equity and Venture Capital firm clients to sell fund administration and software products
  • Work with the Sales Development, Fund Solutions, and Solution Engineering teams to originate, manage and close new business
  • Build and own relationships with other important stakeholders that work with our clients - CPA firms, banks, law firms, and more
  • Refine and optimize the go-to-market process as we learn more about product/market fit based on the clients we serve and prospective clients with whom we speak
  • Work closely with the rest of our team to continually level up our skills, strategies, knowledge, and more
  • Meet or exceed revenue goals in alignment with the company’s operating model
  • Attend in person and virtual industry events to represent Juniper Square

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience selling into new markets
  • Experience selling to / working with Private Equity or Venture Capital firms
