Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping Central Time (CT) working hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary Range: Competitive based on experience and skills

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week

Locations: Remote, open to candidates worldwide.

About the Company:

Company that operates at the intersection of the construction and technology industries, offering a cloud-based platform that provides on-demand construction estimating services. Their solutions cater to general contractors and subcontractors, enabling them to generate accurate cost estimates using real-time local data and digital takeoff tools. By integrating software development with construction expertise, they streamline the estimating process, helping construction professionals bid more effectively and manage projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate expertise and comprehensive understanding of our product, it’s features, and it’s core value proposition.

  • Leverage your product knowledge to drive user engagement, activation, and conversion from the Trial period into subscribers.

  • Guide Users through specific actions and features within the product that are correlated with conversion success (Activation).

  • Provide personalized support and guidance to help Users maximize the value they derive from the product during the trial period.

  • Actively monitor user progress and intervene when necessary to address barriers to Activation.

  • Conduct quick and compelling product demonstrations tailored to the needs and interests of individual Users.

  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of the product and address any objections or concerns raised by Users.

  • Utilize objection-handling techniques to overcome hesitations and build confidence in the decision to subscribe.

  • Facilitate subscription starts by guiding Users through the payment process over the phone or through online channels.

  • Product obsessed, passionate about how the App can change the lives of Users.

  • Tech-savvy, always finding ways to make your process more efficient and effective.

    • Deep familiarity with Sales tech stacks — CRM (Hubspot), VoIP, Product Analytics tooling, etc.
  • Problem-solver, finding workarounds and removing blockers — you aren’t blocked easily.

  • Excited about being a part of a startup environment and rolling up your sleeves to get things done.
