We’re looking for an Account Management Coordinator (Permanent Work from home) to join our team in Manila. We’re looking for a motivated individual to support our Account Management team by coordinating internal processes, managing daily administrative tasks, and assisting with customer interactions to ensure a seamless and impactful experience. Your efforts will help set both the team and our customers up for success with Lightspeed’s products.
The ideal candidate for this role has strong communication skills and naturally builds trust with others. You tackle challenges with a solution-oriented mindset and instinctively create processes to improve efficiency.
What you’ll be doing:
- Maximise customer retention by delivering excellent service, sharing product knowledge, and promoting best practices
- Maintain accurate customer records and data in CRM systems like Salesforce
- Assist in delivering customer communications and stay informed on product updates and support resources
- Provide light-touch customer support, handling basic product or billing queries or redirecting requests as needed
- Support Account Management leadership with various activities and ad hoc projects
And a little bit of…
- Helping prepare and coordinate customer meetings, including scheduling, agenda setting, and follow-ups
- Contributing to process improvements and team initiatives that enhance the customer experience and internal efficiency
- Supporting reporting needs by compiling data and business reports
- Pitching in with wider team efforts to achieve organisational goals, even when tasks fall outside your usual role
What you need to bring:
We’re looking for a candidate who has experience with the following:
- Previous experience in the retail or hospitality industry
- Proven experience in SaaS Customer Success, Account Management, or Support
- Background in technology administration or management
Our hiring process is very straightforward. You’ll undergo a preliminary video screening and the whole process will be conducted at the comfort of your own home, through Zoom or Google Meet. No need to go through Manila’s heavy traffic!
