THE POSITION:

We are looking for a full-time Account Manager for our Janitorial Manager product. An effective Account Manager has excellent problem-solving skills, knows how to use their resources, works well on a team, takes initiative, and is very detail-oriented. In this role, you would be responsible for working with new and existing customers by:

• Setting up new customer accounts

• Installing software for new customers

• On-boarding new customers and teaching them how to use our software to optimize their business

• Providing training to system administrators and end-users

• Re-onboarding low usage customers

• Monitoring account for admin and end-user usage

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS

•  Bachelors degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience

​​​• 3 years of technical support and software implementation experience

• 1+ years of experience using Microsoft Office products

•  Sales experience preferred
