Summary

The Key Account Manager at Tillster is responsible for managing high-value accounts, promoting products and services, and developing strategic relationships with client's upper management. The role requires experience in key account management, project planning/project management, and a bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies.

Requirements

  • Experience communicating with executive-level management within client organizations
  • Key account management experience and a track record of product, territory and transaction expansion within that account a major plus
  • Experience in project planning/project management
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or Business Studies or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years plus experience in sales and/or account management
  • Understanding of technical tools used to manage client relationships

Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of high value accounts
  • Act as primary point of contact between the client’s upper management and Tillster
  • Promote Tillster products and services
  • Develop strategic relationships with client’s upper management to maximize their knowledge of Tillster products and services
  • Manage all details of the relationship, including referrals to sister brands or markets that can be pursued by the Sales team
  • Measure performance against two primary criteria: client satisfaction and account retention, revenue and profit growth within the account
