A cutting-edge digital marketing agency is seeking a talented D2C Marketing & Advertising Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role involves managing our client portfolio, streamlining operations, and driving business growth through sustained client relationships. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned marketing and account management professional adept at using digital tools to enhance company strategy and performance.

This is an incredible remote opportunity to work for a US-based company.

What You’ll Do

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients.
  • Create weekly reports for client base.
  • Foster strong, lasting relationships with clients and ensure frequent communication.
  • Support our tailored digital strategies for clients, considering their unique needs.
  • Propose, design, and execute digital projects to boost client ROI.
  • Address client inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Manage ongoing client projects and deliverables
  • Track and manage active projects in Click-up.
  • Monitor and report on web and marketing performance metrics.
  • Maintain client communications, schedule calls,
  • Maintain client folders and reporting.

What You Need

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing account management role.
  • 2+ years in Digital Marketing. Ideally, with a marketing agency.
  • Proficiency in Shopify, Meta Business Suite, Google AdWords + Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Notion, ClickUp, Slack, Google Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs, Drive).
  • Familiarity with additional marketing tech tools like Motion, Replo, and Foreplay. Etc.
  • Strong client-facing experience with exceptional communication skills.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and project management ability.
  • Ability to handle client scheduling, project intake, onboarding, and other client interactions efficiently.
  • Update weekly reporting agendas.
  • Schedule calls.
  • Manage task completion in ClickUp and Slack by internal/external experts and the Project Manager.
  • Sending recap emails and client comms.
  • Status check on reporting documents.
  • Support onboarding new clients.
  • Support onboarding new services for active clients.
  • Most of this will happen in Clickup, Google Slides, Notion, and Slack.
  • They will also need to be proficient in comprehending:
  • Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google AdWords, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, etc.

Salary & Perks.

  • Competitive salary.
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
  • The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with TLNT.
  •  Work from home.
  • Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm (+/- 2 hours accepted) - PST.
